PITCH Roofing recently completed a comprehensive roof replacement for a residence in Gibsonton, Florida, with meticulous attention to detail and full-service coverage. Our package included all necessary permits, delivery, dumpster fees, and pre-production property protection. The project was complemented by gutter detachment, resetting, and cleaning, along with a certified wind mitigation inspection scheduled upon project completion.

The process was thorough, starting with the removal of old roofing materials and re-nailing the deck to meet current Florida building codes. Any found rotten wood was replaced, ensuring structural integrity.
