At PITCH Roofing, we believe in "Roofing Done Right," which is why this project began with our signature pre-production property protection, controlled access safety zoning, and dedicated on-site communication to ensure daily operations for existing tenants remained smooth and completely undisturbed. Handling all permitting, material delivery, and dumpster logistics from start to finish, our crew executed a full tear-off of the existing metal roofing system and removed obsolete hood vents. Prior to dry-in, we thoroughly inspected and re-nailed the underlying wood deck to meet current Florida building code standards, establishing a rock-solid foundation for the new installation.
To deliver superior leak protection against high heat, we sealed the entire deck using a high-temperature Roofnado LapLock PSU self-adhering underlayment, meticulously back-nailing all seam laps and fully flashing all curbs, vents, and roof penetrations. We then upgraded the property with a premium Metal Alliance FF100 1" x 16" Snap Lock 24-gauge Standing Seam Metal Roof System, complete with matching trim accessories and heavy-duty EPDM Dektite pipe boots. Following installation, our team executed rigorous quality control checks and multi-point magnetic debris sweeps, concluding with a Certified Wind Mitigation Inspection to assist with potential insurance savings. The finished roof is fully backed by a 25-Year Metal Alliance Coastal Warranty, a 2-Year PITCH Workmanship Warranty, and elite Versico warranty coverage as an authorized preferred installer.
